  • Understand Wireless Guardian product offerings and customers’ requirements and recommend tailored LAN and Wi-Fi solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. 
  • Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand their network challenges and propose effective solutions. 
  • Work closely with the engineering and product teams to stay informed about the latest developments in product offerings. 
  • Complete design schematics and bill-of-materials for systems that provide needed details for quoting, ordering, and installation. 
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring successful implementation of solutions.



  • In-depth knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi technologies, protocols, and standards. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Familiarity with network design, troubleshooting, and optimization. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
