Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and Design: Work with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize and design innovative solutions, prototypes, and products. 
  •  Prototyping: Develop, build, and test prototypes to evaluate feasibility, performance, and reliability. 
  •  Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful insights, identify trends, and guide decision-making. 
  •  Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and apply your knowledge to drive innovation. 
  •  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, scientists, and engineers, to achieve project goals and deliverables. 
  •  Documentation: Maintain detailed records of experiments, results, and project progress.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges and obstacles, finding creative solutions to complex problems. 

Requirements:

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering or a related field (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar). 
  • Proven experience in research and development, with a track record of innovative projects or product development. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in using design and simulation tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar). 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required. 
  • Adaptability and a strong drive for continuous learning.
