  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery and overall organizational effectiveness. 



  • Proven experience as a Program Manager with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex programs. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
